Spoke on the phone and explained my issue. I was told someone would be out in 45 mins. I thought "Awesome!". Well over an hour later I called and no answer. I spoke with 2 other companies and was told Emergency Plumbers Chicago has a reputation for saying they'll show up and they don't. Save your time and don't even bother with them.
